At Laura James, we want you to love your home as much as we do, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in its original packaging, unassembled, and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  For large furniture items, we will arrange a convenient collection date with our specialist two-man delivery partners.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
